We are pleased to invite you to submit your presentation proposals for the upcoming congress dedicated to exploring the multiple dimensions of Extended Reality (XR). This congress will offer a unique opportunity to exchange insights on recent scientific and technological advancements, as well as the practical applications of XR in various fields, with a particular focus on health and sports. In the spirit of fostering knowledge sharing within the XR community, presentations on previously published works are also welcome.

- Ergonomics of immersive solutions,
- Acceptability, adoption, and usability of XR by various audiences.
Submission Guidelines and Instructions
Proposals for oral presentations, posters, or interactive demonstrations should adhere to the following guidelines:
- Abstracts must be submitted in French and should not exceed 300 words.
- Include the list of all contributing authors
- Authors may include up to three bibliographic references (to be mentioned in the comments section).
- Abstracts should present the context of the work in an introduction, highlighting the problem and objectives, describe the methods used to achieve the results, and discuss the implications of these results in a conclusion.
- Any potential conflicts of interest must be disclosed (in the comments section). If there are none, please state "no conflicts of interest."
- The corresponding author is responsible for submission and presentation during the congress.
- The scientific committee allows the submission of data already published in scientific journals. In such cases, authors are encouraged to indicate the journal in the comments section.
- Submissions of works where results are not yet available at the time of submission or technical contributions in the XR field that do not require scientific results are also welcome.
During the submission process, you will be asked to indicate your preferred type of presentation: oral, poster, or no preference. The scientific committee reserves the right to organize presentations based on the submitted abstracts.
